Animation of London Building Growth in Google Earth : http://www.gearthblog.com/blog/archives/2006/10/animation_of_london.html After loading the London buildings file you will be able to see an animation which simulates the buildings being constructed over time (however you MUST have the latest Google Earth 4 beta). It's basically about the Sketchup models rather than cities growing and shrinking, but still very appealing.
